Refund policy
📦 I have a 15-day return policy for damaged artwork only - which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return if your purchase gets messed up in shipping - please keep the original packaging even if it’s damaged, it will help me prevent issues like that in the future if I know what happened
👨🏻🎨 I’m a one-man show so if you purchase something that really doesn’t work in your space please reach out and we can probably work something out, but because this is legal stuff I do meet to make it clear that it’s on a case by case basis.
📤 To start a return, you can contact me at hi@dillonbeck.com. If your return is accepted, I’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Even if it’s damaged from shipping please be careful with it. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

💥 Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can make it right and you don’t hate me.
🛑 Exceptions / non-returnable items: This should come as no surprise, but you can’t return custom orders or commissions. If you have an issue with your custom piece and haven’t reached out to me yet - just do that. I’m a human being and I’m sure we can figure something out.
🎁 Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
💸I’ll let you know once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your phone original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
